A kit gets you a shape. We frame the floor, the walls and the roof on your property, on footings that suit the ground, and finish it the way you want inside.

Framing is the part of the job we like best, and it shows in a small building.

Before you settle on a size

Whether a bunkie needs a building permit depends on its size and on your township, and so does how close it can sit to the lot line. It is worth checking with the township before you pick a size.

On a waterfront lot, the conservation authority may have its own rules about how close to the shoreline you can build.
