Prices before HST: the slab, the framing, a shingled roof, vinyl siding, an insulated overhead door, a man door and a window or two, basic electrical, the permit and drawings — unfinished inside. As a workshop, insulated, drywalled and heated, add about $15 to $30 per sq ft. We confirm the price once we have seen the site.
