Wood-framed, built to fit
A prefab sunroom comes in the sizes a factory makes. Ours are framed to fit the house, the roof line and the view, finished inside in pine or paint, with screens or windows and doors out to the deck.
Already have a deck?
Plenty of screen rooms start as a deck. If its framing and footings can carry walls and a roof, it can be enclosed; if they cannot, we will tell you, and rebuild what needs it first.
